3 medium tomatoes
Half an organic cucumber with the peel
1 green bell pepper
Half a red onion
Olives
150 grams Greek feta cheese, cubed
20 grams apple cider vinegar
40 grams olive oil
Salt, pepper, oregano
Choose ripe tomatoes and cut them in half. Remove the stem and cut them again as shown in the video, then place them on a plate.
Cut an organic cucumber in half with the peel still on and dice it into small cubes.
Make sure to use a red onion instead of a white one! Red onion is sweeter and fits better in the salad.
The next vegetable to julienne is the bell pepper. It’s rich in vitamin C and boosts the immune system.
Add 20 grams of apple cider vinegar and 40 grams of extra virgin olive oil. Add salt and pepper and mix very well! Don’t forget to add the olives.
Cut 150 grams of Greek feta cheese into cubes, which will provide calcium and enhance the taste of the salad.
Finally, add a bit more olive oil and oregano to complete this amazing salad!
