Υλικά Συνταγής
4 κούπες η 600γρ αλεύρι γοχ
2κ.γ η 10γρ αλάτι
1κ.σ η 15γρ ζάχαρη
1 φακελάκι μαγιά ξερή η 7γρ
1½ κούπα η 330γρ χλιαρό νερό
3κ.σ η 40γρ ελαιόλαδο
Ελαιόλαδο για άλειμμα
Τυρί φέτα 200γρ
Ψήσιμο αντιστάσεις πάνω κάτω στου 180 για 30 λεπτά περίπου

Recipe Ingredients
4 cups or 600g all-purpose flour
2tbsp or 10g salt
1tbsp or 15g sugar
1 sachet dry yeast or 7g
1½ cups or 330g lukewarm water
3tbsp or 40g olive oil
Olive oil for spreading
200g feta cheese
Bake with resistances up and down at 180 for about 30 minutes
